Thanks to the kindness of our supporters and donations, we’ve already made over 90 dreams a reality this year - from relaxing getaways to meaningful family moments.
For just €250, you can sponsor a dream and bring joy, comfort, and hope to someone who truly needs it.

The International Care Days Dream Team is delighted to announce yet another extension of the rapidly growing Care Days project, helping patients with cancer in Cyprus to “live the dream” by offering 9 pampering options completely free of charge. Andrew’s dream was always to enable a number of cancer patients to be able to make their own dream come true through Care Days.
Now, thanks to the generous members of the Winkle Club, plus marathon & private sponsors, they have agreed to sponsor Care Days throughout Cyprus to make more cancer patients’ dreams come true!
You could do something really great today by sponsoring a Dream for a cancer patient for €250.
Priority will be given to terminal cancer patients but we will also consider making funds available for those who have recently been diagnosed with cancer throughout Cyprus with a particularly
bad, secondary or painful cancer or who have had a bad time with the therapy.
Since we began Care Days Dreams in 2024, we been able to make over 90 Dreams come true - valued at €250 each.
If, however, a child with terminal cancer wanted to go to Disneyland Paris, we would be able to consider paying the off peak airfare for the child and one parent up to €500.
Can you imagine the happiness that this would bring?
What would be your Care Days Dream?
A trip to the UK off peak to visit the family or paying for a family member to come over to see you?
A night at the beautiful 5 star Annabelle Hotel? A flight to beautiful Chania, Crete, plus a hotel day pass? Relax in a seaview penthouse in Malta? Two nights at Droushia Heights Hotel with a full breakfast?
A special dinner for the patient & partner at their favourite restaurant?
A morning in a speed boat in Latchi or a day trip on one of the many boat tours in Paphos?
These are just a few of the Care Days Dreams that we could make come true for cancer patients.

But what we really want is for
YOUR
dreams to come true.
So far we have given a Care Day or Dream to over 1100 cancer patients, this will continue, thanks to our generous Paphos providers and we intend to extend our offer throughout Cyprus.
This year we hope to offer another 30 Care Days Dreams!!

Super Dreams valued up to €500 now available for terminally ill cancer patients.

In a major development, made possible by the continuing support from the Winkles and anticipated sponsorship from Tom’s Double Marathon, Andrew Lauder, the founder of Care Days is very proud and happy to announce that a limited number of Super Dreams can now be offered to terminally ill cancer patients to a value of €500 each.

The idea is the brainchild of Andrew’s partner Jenny, as without exception, the patients who have already enjoyed a Care Days Dream, have all said that they feel that there are other cancer patients worse off than themselves who deserve a Dream more than they do. When Jenny suggested to Andrew and Charlotte that we should increase the value of Care Days Dreams for terminally ill cancer patients, they all thought it was a “brilliant idea” to have a 2 tier system for Dreams, so that patients who are curable know that they are not taking a Dream away from a terminally ill cancer patient.

As you will realise, we are only able to grant a few Care Days Dreams a year so if you do not succeed this year you may be luckier next year. Remember everyone with terminal cancer will be given priority but we will also be granting some Dreams to those diagnosed with non terminal cancer in Cyprus during the last 3 years. Please, please do not feel that other people are more deserving than you. If you have been diagnosed with cancer in the last three years, you deserve a Care Day or Care Days Dream, all completely free of charge!!
